Almost all communication was done by text message. In reply to my first enquiry she gave a menu of her offerings and prices and a post code telling me to let her know when I was there. It's a residential street in a nice, safe feeling neighbourhood. Once I was on the street she instructed me where to park - which was close to her place, and only then gave me her property number - I guess she likes to give new clients a once over before letting them in. I found her text messages quite brusque but she's much more friendly and relaxed in person.
