In short, this booking was not completed for reasons below.

I made an enquiry by text and had to phone her before booking was confirmed (30mins @ £100). I was asked to text one hour before, which I did. However, it was not until texting Amanda on arrival at the venue, a hotel in the Iffley area, that she advised me that she would be 20-30mins late.
I replied she should have told me that earlier, before I made the journey, and said I wouldn't be hanging around. Confirmation of booking should work both ways.

She then amended this to 10-15mins which was rather odd. It suggests, to me, that either this was bollocks or was she not going to shower properly or was she going to put off something pointless that she she shouldn't have been doing anyway when she was running late.

Amanda then phoned me and asked me to send her a photo of the area to prove I was there! Jeez, I thought, this girl is taking the piss. So I told her to forget it. She then sent me a 2-word text.

It is fair enough that escorts are wary about timewasters but most counteract this risk without the various hoops that this one presents. Clearly she spends so much time vetting clients that she is running late for appointments. The MO, ie all the checks and expecting punters to hang around for her, also suggests arrogance.

Going on other reviews, it seems that I didn't miss out on much by not seeing her anyway and IMO it is not worth negotiating the various obstacles in order to see her.

Sorry this was a wasted visit. Ive seen her several times and her time keeping isnt special. She also has a couple of dogs with her but they just stay in the bathroom. Ive only had positive experences with her . Sorry yours wasnt the same. And I too would have been ticked off if Id faced an SP with this attitude. Better luck next time

I would also have bailed - even if you had accepted the revised time - IMHO you would either get a rushed service or a grumpy one

Do you also walk away from your doctor, dentist, mechanic etc if you are kept waiting 10 minutes?

When some of us were growing we were taught the importance of always being on time, unfortunately standards have dropped.I can shave , shower , travel , park up and never be late. And as you should well know a SPs 10 mins can be a lot longer.

no because I probably don't have an alternative

The last time I walked away was in a Supermarket where they closed a till as I walked up to it despite the long queues at the other open tills So I told them if they werent prepared to serve me I would take my custom elsewhere and left my trolley pointing out that it will take them longer to put the items back than it would have taken to serve me

The decision was made easier because 2 of the important items I wanted were out of stock so I had to go somewhere else anyway
