Location, just off city centre, fairly quiet back street. It was a Sunday so plenty of free on-street parking, but limited to one hour. Pay car park very close by, and about £3.50 for 3 hrs.
Have used Sawaddeeka at Penrith a few times. Most recently always had a HE offered. Unsure who would be at Carlisle. Contacted them via whatsapp, no reply after 15 mins, so sent txt. Replied to this (and then to whatsapp also, she must have had her hands full earlier!)

Then, while I was driving to Carlisle I was sent a message offering an upgrade to a hot herbal compress massage for £110!. Politely declined that.
When I go to the street I checked out the parking situation and realised the best thing was to use the car park very nearby. Parked up and with 15 mins to go before my appointed time sent a message that I was nearby and to let me know when to come over. A few minutes later got a reply saying to come in now, a bit ahead of appointment time.
The shop is very nicely decorated etc and has at least one large room (2 tables) off to the left. Reasonable toilet facilities, not sure if there were other rooms. However, be aware that if you are sat waiting, the large windows give a clear view of everyone in there, and there aren’t even any seats with their backs to the window. Very public.
Shirley speaks reasonable english, and I paid the fee. She is probably mid 30s to 40, short and curvy. Looks ok but not stunning. Dressed in loose tunic top and black leggings. Didn’t really make me think “wow” but not unpleasant either. Very smiley and cheerful throughout.
Took me into the room (remove shoes before going into room) and said to get undressed while she left the room. I didn’t ask about extras straight away, but got completely undressed and laid down. I had not seen her before, so left it to her to cover me up if she wanted. Note: She had to leave the room a couple of times during the massage, as guys had walked in the shop and she was on her own. Could have got very annoying.
I was laying on he bed when she came back in. Started with a dry massage and “pressing” through a towel that she moved about. Then she climbed up onto the widish table and started the very structured massage with oil. I had said to her about my bad back and painful areas and she spent extra time on them, using elbows, thumbs etc to work in deep. Checking often that I was OK, she knew she was hurting me, but was doing what I asked. Often giggled a bit at the painful parts, I also sensed her hands wandering a little up my legs, and she didn’t mind when my hand became pressed into her body/legs at certain times. I was then confident that HE at least would be offered.
On the hour she said to turn over and quickly asked if I wanted anything extra. Offered HE for £40 and topless for £80. I politely refused but said I would like HE for £30. This was eventually agreed on and she did a nice job on me, I asked her to really take her time on me, as I pop too quick otherwise. She did, and took 10 or 15 mins to finish me.
Then clean up and left
Slightly awkward part was the next guy was in the shop while I was leaving, and I was struggling to put my shoes back on, not very graceful!
Overall OK and I would consider returning.
