Why are ads for wardrobes or mattresses on FB marketplace increasingly adorned with images of the supposed "owners" in a state of undress?

I don't understand the angle behind this. I even see these types of ads for bloody wardrobes where you can see the woman's reflection in the mirror

If a woman is looking for a mattress on FB marketplace then seeing a scantily clad woman isn't going to close the sale.

So what's going on here??  :dash:

I can't see any women on my marketplace pages.
Banned reason: Habitual one line reviews.

Maybe a fetish of some sort? Like an exhibitionism kink.

The other thing is they could be stealth touting for blokes to contact them offering money of pictures. I have a friend who sells her second hand shoes online using pictures of them on her feet. She makes ten times more money from blokes asking for more pictures of her feet than she does for the shoes.

I remember there was a spate of people selling mirrors and other reflective goods on ebay years back, taking the photo whilst standing there in the nude!

Yeah-that's exactly the kind of crap that I'm seeing. Not sure what they're doing as otherwise the ad describes the mirror/bed/wardrobe in detail unless as chatbite says, maybe it's some form of stealth baiting.
