When: Today
Cost: £120 for half-hour. Good job I checked over the phone as AW profile says £100. Action was 10 to 15 minutes max, so more like a rip-off P & D but without much P & D ss you'll see later on.
Comms: Answered phone after a couple of rings and we organised a time. Texted me the postcode straight away and was pretty quick with answering a couple of requests for the meet by text. I was a couple of minutes early so fired off a text when I was outside the block. No reply, so called after about 10 minutes. Buzzed me in straight away.
Location: A run-down big block of flats on a large council estate north of Portsmouth city centre but on Portsea Island. Top floor and I entered the block via the end with no lift, so bit of a hike up.
The meet: Dressed in average lingerie with a tiger patterned long shirt. Photos are misleading in terns of effort put in to look made up for the meet.

To sum up: Avoid and do not give another chance! Puts little effort into any of the meet and just wants a quick and easy extraction of money and spunk.
The only positive was getting the tanks drained. Pornhub or xhamster would have solved the problem and saved me 120 sheets.
