Had the same language problem.. but rather than an accent I would be thinking its a speech problem at some points.

Just scraping a neutral due to the general disposition and easy appointment arrangement, but the activities were more of a negative.

Easy parking - seemed to be plenty of options.
Tidy house.

I though the pictures were accurate enough.
Did notice there are more up now giving better views.

100 for the 30minutes is just WAY too much for the experience.
Unsure of exact duration spent there, but, yes, less than 30minutes.
