Don't think there is a such a thing as "too soon". The main consideration is whether this constitutes touting which I wouldn't say it is. Personally, if nothing has materially changed. I would have just added a new post to my previous review. A new review doesn't add a lot IMO.

A new review thread can only be created once a service provider has agreed to a booking. A meeting does not need to occur, and money does not need to change hands.
