OK been talking to a nice young lady on a website who’s up for all kinds of sexy fun, she’s sent pics etc and we’re getting on fine via WA
Arranging a meet as she’s asked me to register with a per pro plan
External Link/Members Only  it’s to check if I’ve been an offender or have a chequered past - rather like a DBS check.  To be honest it seems safe enough and the fee isn’t a big deal, just a bit nervous of sticking debit card details in.  Just wondered if anyone has experience of these? There are zero flags up until this, but someone else I had been talking to a few weeks back also asked.  Any views/advise/comments welcome…
Thanks

Post a link to her profile so we can see her.

I hope she’s worth it, I probably wouldn’t jump through that hoop, and I don’t mind sending face pics and stuff.

Having had a quick look for information about who is behind the website I would steer clear.

From whois.com

We literally don't know who we're dealing with :

"Privacy Protect" turns out to be hosted in Florida USA. It has a bad reputation on this website

They are so good they have access to databases in all these places;

A partnership between North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Africa, and Europe Department of Justice and state, territorial, and tribal governments, working together for the safety of everyone.

Like Asia and Africa are places with a single database and there’s no such thing as the Europe Department of Justice

I haven't done half the due diligence others have done but one look on the website was enough to convince me I would go nowhere near it. Good luck OP. I hope you don't post back in a few weeks with any horror stories.

You of course realise that your nice young lady who’s up for all kinds of sexy fun is on commission from the 'verification' site.

The simps who pay up won't be getting any of the sexy fun but should enjoy their place on the scammers 'sucker list'.

Thanks all for your input especially Bops 909. I will steer clear, but it’s a shame.  I guess if I use a prepaid card - the sum required is minimal after all - but I have decided to swerve.

Someone asked for the link to the original site which is here External Link/Members Only
It wasn’t the base of my question but fair do’s

Probably a good move. Googling the site leads to similar discussions on other forums and the word scam appears a lot. Also found an interesting piece about a Tinder scam from 7 years ago that uses bots to entice guys to sign up to some verification site that is free at face value but you actually sign up to a subscription that pulls money from the card you used.

You could suggest an alternative way to do a safety check with the person you've been contacting but I expect she (more likely a sweaty fat bloke somewhere handling multiple devices) will insist you go down the route she wants.
