Town house in King's Lynn, residential area - easy enough to find with the help of Google, parking a bit of a nightmare.
Not the most discreet but as I'm not from the area and only visit occasionally for work purposes it didn't worry me too much.

Email via AW and then sent a booking request. She called me about 1hr before the appointment to make sure I was coming, another call a few minutes before I got there to give me the house number.

I'd say the AW pics are a little out of date, at the time of the meeting her hair was light brown not blonde (although this is stated within the profile), and my guess is Charli or Tabitha (same profile) is a little older than the stated age of 31 more mid to late thirties. Facially a girl next door type and the AW pics in my eyes are flattering body wise, bit of a tum (not excessive), however a good bum
She was dressed in a long black dress with heels and looked attractive enough so I decided to stay.
The meeting
She is very friendly and very chatty and seems like a nice girl.
No one else appeared to be in the house from what I could tell and I was offered a shower and a drink, declined both as I'd already showered and wanted to move things along.
As I said she does love to talk and I'd guess a good 10 minutes passed before I politely suggested we move to the bedroom.

As others have commented a negative seems harsh with a neutral generous; she has a nice personality and is very friendly. And maybe if she fancies you a bit you'd get a decent full hour?
As you do, I've reflected on this review before writing.
Out of the hour I'd say 25-30 minutes was actual "action" and maybe if I'd been a more assertive type I'd have got more out of the punt.
If you are a one pop guy who enjoys an easy going hour or more assertive type your experience may be more of a positive......... but for me personally..... it's a neutral and I'd not hurry back.
