The learning process continues though as I've now experienced a neutral, a positive and a negative. I certainly don't want a 33% chance of a positive experience going forward. A old terraced house in Salford. The location was fine but the house was a dive. The massage room was upstairs in a poorly lit room with little effort made to make it look nice.
