What are the chances really that a landlord isn’t going to at least suspect what’s going on? If they do know, then either they have a problem with it and aren’t going to rent it in the first place, or more likely they don’t give a shit, and just aren’t going to get involved. I just don’t see it that they’re going to be on the premises fixing pipes or whatever all the time.

If it’s an Airbnb - I’ve used these loads both for punts and personal. Never had a landlord ‘drop in’ unannounced once I’ve got the keys. Nobody wants that, and it would trash their host rating

The landlord/lady actively encourages it and takes a cut. It's why I don't visit it anymore. There's actually an ad for that place on AW!

Yeah I would have said the owner would charge more rent for them and knows full well and there's some that don't have a clue and think damn I could have charged more  .
