External Link/Members Only Texted her and got a response back shortly after with address.
Address was for a shop on Leyton High Road, 5 minute walk from Leyton Station.
Got to the address 10 minutes before agreed time. Texted her saying I was nearby and received no response. Called her 5 minutes later no response. Thought I'd give her the benefit of doubt and wait another 10 minutes and then called/texted again but no response. Texted her to say I'm leaving and left.
Initial comms were good and she confirmed address and services but went ghost after.
Wasted my time commuting there and waiting around.
I just saw now there is a previous review I think about her where something similar happened to someone 5 years ago:
