This one replied to an RB I placed last week. For some reason the name didn't ring any bells (probably thinking with my dick...). The bid and profile read like unicorn material and I contacted her and agreed a session for yesterday. All good.

Then my head took over and I checked for old mails on AW. There she was.... Back in January we'd agreed another meet, then she went radio silent (didn't log on to AW for the day in question) and didn't show up. No biggie as I had a good backup. The next day I received profuse apologies, broken phone.... As she'd not logged on the previous day, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I fully intended to try and rearrange the session but never got round to it.

Back to this week; I messaged her with booking details and she confirmed it as a firm date. I then asked her to accept a booking I'd placed on AW. Then I made alternative arrangements. She didn't confirm the booking and, of course, didn't show up or get in touch.

She has a fair amount of good feedback on AW but she's followed the same pattern with me twice now. I wouldn't touch her with a barge pole...

It did leave me with a question about AW bookings. Once I'd realised who she was (and the likely no show) and made alternative arrangements, I had no intention of meeting her. If I delete an unconfirmed booking from the bookings page on AW, does that mean the booking can no longer be confirmed by the SP? As a precaution I'd taken screenshots showing the booking was unaccepted just prior to the start time.

Replace intention with expectation. She was clearly asked to confirm the booking on AW 24 hours earlier but didn't (her WhatsApp message however: "definitely. Book me in").

If I'd sat there waiting for her (Cherry coke in hand, as she'd requested..) with no backup plan I'd consider myself a bit of a mug.

I decided to follow up with her via Whatsapp: "Hiya, sorry had an emergency and meant to inform you". At least it wasn't the broken phone excuse again

If she sees this? I don't see the issue. It's not as though she's going to be on my list of great unrequited punts....
