There are more than a few agency regulars active here, those who review typically state (as per Site Rules) if they get a discount.  Olina gives you a tenner off.  One of them can say how you qualify for it.  It might be tied to phone number as the easiest recognition of you, those of us who discard numbers regularly kinda mess up those sorts of arrangements.  Haven't heard of any agencies doing different but then few regulars have mentioned it here in London.

The discount (£140 per hour) is an older thing that was linked to your number. I changed numbers and although a regular customer with them I pay full rate. Also never been offered any incentive to add reviews to theirs or this site. One thing I’m not a fan of is they seem to be linking reviews from here onto their site (miss69 did the same thing) now

But the £10 discount ended over a year ago for anyone other than existing regulars who already got it. I’ve used Olina half a dozen times and when I enquired about the discount the chap politely told me they no longer offer it as they keep their prices on the more reasonable side of things anyway.

OP has been on site almost a decade, plenty of time to read the room and see many reviews and discussions to know what's too little and too much if anonymity is a concern.
You also dissemble about requested detail, it is completely possible to give details about services partaken without giving too much exact identifying detail.
 If you do not realise that then try paying closer attention to what info people ask for and how to answer whilst not further comprising one's anonymity to the SP and their management.
