LocationFive minutes walk just south of South Quay. There is a notorius video that shows how to gain entrance to the building. I had no issues walking straight in and getting in the lift. Viki has a small flat but it was well lived in (with cat) and there was a good shower.
CommunicationViki replied quickly to my text and we went through the details. The video had to come via WhatsApp so make sure you have the application on your phone before you get there (I didn't). Her spoken English was pretty good although not perfect. She's been in the UK for three years apparently, so it's getting there.
