What I am about to say may be complete bollocks but...

It seems to me that profiles can seemingly remain for ever but the display of numbers is a paid feature. So if the number is displayed then its a good chance they are active for some purpose although there is less verification of numbers I'd guess than on AW so scam risk is possibly higher.

I'd find it difficult to believe that any non-TS escort would rely purely on BP. If they aren't advertising elsewhere as well then I'd doubt they were genuine.
