This was a few weeks ago. I phoned up and booked Ivory for 1 hour at X pm. I turned up at 5 to X and was told she could only do half an hour, because she had another booking at half past. WTF??
This is not how bookings work. Apparently someone "wrote it down wrong"... as they had the last time I booked as well.
This was quite infuriating, half an hour bookings do not work for me as my round 1 is over far too soon and then just as the 30 mins is up I am recovered and ready for the real fun. Nobody else could do an hour so I should have walked but I had reorganised my entire weekend to make this happen so I stupidly thought I would try and make the best of it.
Sure enough I was done far too soon, and kicking myself for not walking, but I remembered B4bcock's recent review -
after checking her watch, said we still had ten minutes and asked what I wanted to do. I opted for a relaxing, soft massage, which was a great way to wind down.
- and thought at least I can enjoy a cuddle or massage for the rest of the time. But no such treatment for me, despite having 15 min left she stands up and announces she needs to get ready for her next booking.
WTF?
First my 60 min booking gets halved and now I don't even get all the 30 min I just paid for? Some way to treat a regular customer.
