I like girls dressed in every day attire rather than lingerie.  It makes things seem more natural / civvy like if she's wearing jeans, leggings or whatever rather than some tacky pair of red fishnets; some mesh thing that is bloody difficult to get off etc. 
I really don't want them arriving in something, popping into the bathroom and changing in whatever she believes I might like as other men are happy with it (or changing after I arrive).

Mostly it seems to be technicians and Doctors of grades below consultant that wear scrubs and trousers around the wards, nurses still wear an outfit of some sort, usually more tunic type, with black tights or trousers,  but alas not the old Emergency Ward 10, Nurse Carol Brown fantasy with white cap.

Maybe it varies by location and possibly how traditional the hospital (years ago Kings College Hospital used to have stripey nurses dresses with buttons down the front - excellent idea  , no idea if they still do). In my area it's all scrub type top and trousers now, but still with the same colours as before, light blue for staff nurses, darker blue for sisters and more senior nurses. I think green for nursing assistants if that's what they now call auxiliaries. Many years ago when student nurses were on the wards I remember them wearing nice yellow dresses when I had a stay in hospital .

This made me think of an overnight I did last autumn. My client was staying at The Londoner, and we are having a nightcap. We had a great view of the foyer and main entrance.  The hotel is a bit of a magnet of tourists and influencers alike, so was there were a lot of people, both in terms of those sitting and having a drink but also foot  traffic in and out of the hotel. For me the outfit is key to the booking.  I pretty much always request an outfit, and often prefer that she keeps it on - but that's maybe just my strange fetish.  Hitching up a dress/skirt is more appealing to me than taking it off.

I much prefer pictures of the lady nicely dressed than naked and the number of non-nude pictures in a private gallery will greatly influence if I subscribe or not.
