Well ever since I noticed some hair falling out, I went to my GP and to my dismay diagnosed me with male pattern baldness, now I am 32 and have my hair and I dont want to lose it anytime soon. So I have been prescribed Finaestride, some of the common side effects of this drug is

1. erectile dysfunction
2. loss of libido
3. premature ejaculation.

So for me how I am suffering from the side effects are, usually when I punt the first round is great, I can get rock hard and have an explosive finish.
Before taking this pill, I could go for round 2 within 10-15 minutes and continue for several sex positions but now, i cant last for 2 minutes.

So i am in a dilemma, stop taking the drug and lose my hair and see what happens. Yesteday was great but felt like a waste as I could not perform.
The drug has worked wonders btw, I have not lost any more hair and the my hair has thickened up having been on it for 9 months.

I might come off it for 2-3 months in the summer and go for a punt and see what happens but unfortunately this has hindered my punting!

My suggestion is to manage the booking so you come the once at the end. There's plenty of stuff you can be doing in a booking that doesn't involve cuming multiple times. Take the pressure off yourself and focus on just coming the once.

Hayley is great and very easy to get on with, so I am sure she'd be happy to do anything within her boundaries. She definitely wants to please in her bookings.

If you can hold out, I usually prefer lots more foreplay, kissing, oral, take your time, then some sex positions at the end for a one-time explosive finish. Usually I prefer 45 min bookings for this, but one hour is the only option sometimes.
I mostly prefer 1x cum in an hour these days, as I find I can’t always cum a second time.

I wouldn’t come off the medication if it’s working and risking fallout of what has regrown.

Just get used to 1x finishes. But yeah, comes down to priorities.

When you come off finasteride, take pictures of your head before and after regularly so you can monitor what happens to your hair (try to do it in some place and same light)
