If you request the receptionist it then becomes a duo so will incur extra cost.
If she joins in without asking it is a bonus and just enjoy it for what it is.

I have had it several times but never asked for it and if I am struggling to unload and time is nearly up she has joined in and then I have no trouble.
Also just as enjoyable is having the receptionist first and then swopping to another girl half way through but it is always their call and never asked for.

If you become a regular and are liked by the girls there is more chance of this happening.
