Went here a couple of weeks ago, mid afternoon. Thought I'd give it a try after the positive reviews, but overall I was disappointed. Sorry it's a negative from me

Comms - good via text and arranged a meeting an hour later and entrance via the gated back door. £45 for 1 hour

Location - quite open front and back, another punter was there at the same time, so I circled around and arrived a minute or 2 later.

Place: Big rooms and nice and warm, with a good massage table. Shower in the room I was in.

Action: led to room by the Mamasan, told a girl would be with me soon. Got undressed and put towel over me, attractive girl was brought in and I was told my Mamasan that she would "look after me". She was probably mid 30's in a black dress. Massage started on back under the towel which was comprehensive but lasted a long time and she is obviously not trained, then moved to an oily massage which was pretty poor and all over the place, nearly 40 minutes on my back then finally moved to my legs, with nothing at all sensual or teasing for the next 5 minutes then finally a little tickle and asked if I wanted extra's offered £40 for B2B or £20 for HJ. I asked about BJ but was told it was another £50 I think on top of the B2B (I couldn't fully understand as her English was not good). As the massage wasn't sensual and a bit boring rather than relaxing it made me not really want a B2B. so opted for a HJ, this was delivered in frantic style. Grabbed my cock and went for it hard and fast, she had such a tight grip I had to ask her to let go a bit and take her time. She ignored me and just hammered away until the end, seemed pissed off I didn't take the upsell. Given a head massage, but couldn't be arsed with that so ended it early.

Got dressed and Mamasan said new girls every week.

Overall, as mentioned in other threads, the art of the sensual massage with teasing is disappearing and it's a rubdown with either B2B or HJ bolted on at the end. I don't feel like paying £40 for a 15 min B2B.

I would go back, but probably be more specific on what my expectations are asked about which girls are available.

A way to get the best out of this place is if you have decided you are wanting to pay extras for Body to Body, Blow job etc when you have seen the girl go to it from the off and the meeting will pan out much better and feel more value for money.
