I do think the legit side of it is good value. Really nice surroundings and a half decent massage for £35 is pretty good. But the location means they do well from guys thinking with their dick when you can get a full service elsewhere for less.

I'm not sure £35 for 30 mins massage is good value.
For £5/£10 more you can get an hour's massage in most places.
I think most of their clients paying those prices are probably pissed and coming out of the nearby bars later in the evening.

When I've been in during the day it's always been very quiet.

There was a review of this place a couple of weeks ago. I commented then that the place looks quite upmarket, but their pricing is unrealistic. Only if clients pay will they stay in business. Why would anyone pay these prices?

That's why I moved on from Thai and Chinese massage places, prices for usually a mediocre massage and extra's
that last just a fraction of the time were getting totally unrealistic.

All have been out calls, the agency I use are out call only, so I book Day Room in a local hotel, okay it does add round £50-60 but I can make a day of it,
no wandering round looking for the right address, or worrying about being seen in out of massage shops along with a relaxing shower before and after

Even adding the Day Room cost to the £240/2hr still compares favourably to other in calls locally
