Found myself making an impromptu, solo trek across the pennines recently from deepest, darkest cumbria to the godforsaken swedish furniture shop and figured as, seeing as i was alone, could go off radar for an hour or so 'doing some shopping in the city centre'...  :yahoo: :yahoo: Not really knowing the punting landscape and venues all that well in the NE, I decided to just go to a parlour in the city centre and compare with what we have over this side in Carlisle... which are shit!

Did a bit of quick research on here the night before and figured it was pretty hit n' miss so I'd just take pot luck. Arrived in the city centre just after 9am and, whilst i did do a lap of Eldon Sq etc, also did a lap of the streets where I'd committed some names to memory - Stowell St, Low Friars, Pink Lane - basically just to get the lay of the land. Saw that Zone 1 was open early but couldn't remember 100% if they offered extras so went back up towards The Gate and did a lap of Stowell etc. Had been tempted by the one in Karens Hairdressers but they were still shuttered up at that point (nearly 10.30) and couldn't be convinced by 99 Thai so decided sod it and just walked in to Shanghai right off the street.

Place was deserted but a voice filtered through a 'hello' from a back room then the actually not bad looking mamasan came through to ask how long I'd like and what kind of massage. Handed over 45 punting tokens and was immediately led through to a small, very dimly lit room with massage table, shower, basin and told to get myself ready & someone would be with me soon. Stripped off, laid on the table and a couple of minutes later the door was opened by a pretty chinese girl - short dark hair, probably early 30's at a guess, around size 8 - wearing the shanghai 'uniform' of a black zip up tunic and beige coloured tights/legging things. I think she said her name was Annie but it could have been Amy, i didn't really catch it clearly.

Was asked what kind of massage i'd like - i just went for a medium - and stood by my head, starting to work on my back and shoulders. Seeing as i had my hands free, decided to go for it and start feeling up her leg - absolutely no resistance and was soon fingering her through whatever the fuck those nora batty tights things were! After a couple of minutes, she bent down next to me and whispered what extras I'd like, settled on B2B & BJ for £60. Immediately had the upsell offer of 2 girls which seems common practice in hani but declined it.

Annie(?) continued working on my back with one of my hands buried netween her legs and the other up the front of her tunic tweaking her nipples -a fucking miracle of contortion but somehow I'd managed it!!! She then moved down onto my legs and the strokes got more sensual, with plety of gentle flicks and touched around my balls and cock.

At the half hour mark, was told to turn over but also 'pay money now please' - bit irritating - so whilst I rummaged for my wallet, off came the tunic and tights to reveal a cracking little body. 2nd half of the 'massage' was basically her rubbing her small, pert tits.over me and offering them to my mouth whilst I had a couple of fingers in her and she started to wak me off. With about 15 mins to go she asked AGAIN about "you like 2 girls?" then got the hint that no was no and brought out the infamous 'cling film bags' which I'd read about, planted her neatly trimmed pussy on my face and ground away whilst sucking pretty enthusiastically to eventually bring me to an explosive finish. Quick clean up and back out the door into a chilly North East morning, pretty much bang on the hour.

Pros:
Decent looking girl, good massage, nice BJ technique, no hanging around in waiting room despite being a walk in.

Cons:
The repeated unwanted upsell attempts, having to get off the table midway to pay the extras, the walls are paper thin to the point of you can still hear cars going past that sou d like they're literally outside the room.

Overall I'm going positive as it wasn't bad at all but, would I return given the chance? Nah probably not, would try and plan it a bit better to get some better intel off you locals on here!

I'm sure a few of you are thinking that my experience was nothing special and more deserving of a neutral... maybe thats a sign of just how bad things are parlour wise over here that I think Shanghai is 'good'!!!!

It was 'ok' and nothing that special... but far, far better still than the one thai parlour thats in Carlisle!
