Communication: Here we go... this was the main negative aspect. I texted earlier in the day about availability and received a copy + paste response with postcode, building name, prices and extras. 30 mins = £80, 1 hour = £140. Would I visit again: Definitely - but really hope the maid isn't as much of a pain next time. However, I do understand she was recently in Birmingham so I might not get a chance before she moves on again.
Summary: Overall great experience with an attractive, young WG with a good attitude. Only let down by the maid not informing the WG to expect me.
