I take frequent work trips to Italy and I always go around these 3 cities.
I heard about this External Link/Members Only around the forum when I did some 'research'.

THE AGENCY :

In general they are typical and bears resemblance of the Eastern European agencies in London, i.e., Diva, Babylon, Agencybarracuda, and etc.
You will ask about a girl and her services and they will answer in terms of availability, services provided, and prices (extras).
Almost all of the girls I saw advertised were Russian or Ukrainian and they are all quite young ranging from 19-25 years old.
The receptionists respond fairly fast and speak relatively good English.
I booked five of their ladies in total at 2022.
You can book incall or outcall and select the amounf of hours you want to spend with them.
For incalls you are almost always heading to a hotel to meet with them and always costs €‎200.
For outcalls I always booked at a hotel and costs €‎250, you will then pay taxi/uber costs of the girls traveling there for both ways.

MY EXPERIENCE :

➊ I booked Tori for an outcall in Milan and this was my first great experience and I was impressed at the services I received, i.e.,  DFK, OWO, Protected Sex {x2}
   She showed up promptly and dressed appropriately, her attitude was friendly, pleasant and overall a great provider.
   I remember she was from Russia and in her very early 20's but felt as if she already has a lot of experience in pleasing men.

➋ When I went to Bologna I booked Rose for an outcall and I had another amazing experience.
   She provided great DFK, OWO, 2 rounds of protected sex.

   I was then asked to prove that I wasn't lying by providing video of the door by the agency?
   It was such a weird fucking experience and instantly put me in a foul mood, I booked around 3 taxis for fuckless night.
   They gave me €‎40 discount for the next booking for my troubles and I booked a red-head Ukrainian the next morning.
   She was truly quite stunning and her services were great but then asked to leave after 20 minutes into the session because of her bad hangover?
   What the fuck!?
   Anyways, she left and I complained to the agency about this shit show and they apologised and gave me €‎20 discount for my next booking.
   
➎ Months later I returned to Rome and booked an outcall with Romy and had another TERRIBLE experience.
   Romy was in her very early 20's, chubby face, good body and generally pretty.
   She's from Belarus and a student.
   Romy was late showing up and was already in a bad mood because she was late? HUH?? Fucking idiot.
   She provided a very light FK, OWO, and 1 round of protected sex.
   Just like the girl from before she asked to leave early???
   This just seems like a pattern and I had enough, I told her that after round 2 she was free to leave and she said no to round 2.
   Told her she was free to leave then and I texted the agency what had just happened.
   
CONCLUSION :
The girls are beautiful but seem to be booked back to back all day long by the agency.
I had 3 great experiences and 2 absolutely awful encounters.
I am completely put off on using this agency anymore so I can't recommend them to this forum at all.

Would I return? God no.

Glad you've had at least some good experiences 
In my personal experience, as an Italian who goes to Italy a couple of times a year and punts frequently there, the agency "Escort of Italy" is on the avoid list. Over the years it has become completely unreliable, and I'm not just talking about my own personal experience, but also about the ones of a couple of trusted friends of mine (punters) who live there.
Pictures of the girls are heavily photoshopped.
Their girls work 15 hours per day, one client after the other non stop and they are often exhausted. You either catch them on the first few days of tour or you meet them in the morning. Otherwise, avoid.
One of my friends booked a girl in advance, a different girl opened the door telling him (with google translate) that the one originally booked felt unwell (couldn't the agency text him beforehand?).

Such recurring disastrous outcomes might be due to the girls staying for a short stay (possbily juste 2-3 weeks?) and then disappearing for months (or forever depending how they liked the tour), so as soon as a new one pops up, she's overwhelmed with meetings with punters craving at long last some new face, and can be easily overworked and quite burned out after a few weeks. This happens to some Eastern girls in Paris or Geneva as well.
I had reasonably good experiences with EoI years ago - good-looking girl, all services delivered, OWO and FK included, though it wasn't the most memorable of punts. Then I had a complete disaster of a failed attempt nearly a year ago when I tried to book a very hot-looking babe, meeting was confirmed, then cancelled two evenings in a row; I didn't care about the girl they proposed the 2nd time and then was out of town.

In regard to the agencies, a decent alternative to EOI is Royal Escort.
