Comms - Same day booking. Phone call with the agency(Bijoux). Annoyingly they never ever responded to any of my text messages. Everything was done via phone call. Wish I had bailed and booked with Blue Monday instead.
Location/Residence - About 10 mins walk from Paddington Station (Circle & District Line). Clean inside though a little small, all in all fit for purpose.
