How do you know it is a deposit fraud?

Like you I would never pay a deposit, but you can't accuse someone of fraud if they haven't actually defrauded you?

The same thing happened to me in Darlington half a year ago.(with  another girl)  I  paid a £20 deposit. The meeting did not take place and I did not receive my money back. This is my bad experience. The £20 was learn money so that I would never will to pay a deposit in future.

why is this in the review section?

Agreed no booking was agreed so it shouldn’t be reviewed as such, according to UKP rule 4.
