I would quickly file a report with the UK Governing body of Prostitutes.....oh hang on that doesn't exist!

In the end those who regularly punt will will almost certainly have a bad one where they are short changed on time or services...the only recourse we have is a review here. Threatening a bad review with a WG to coerce money especially after the punt has finished is bad for the hobby and certainly illegal. It also increases the risk for yourself and for other punters.

Take it on the chin...make sure you have your next punt with a well reviewed WG and shag it out of your system!
