Author Topic: Messaged by an SP, regarding a review. Advice needed please?  (Read 2938 times)

Offline Cheshuk

Looking for some advice. I’ve been messaged by an sp regarding a negative that can through. She messaged me as she saw I replied to the review, and knew me from my review of her.

This message was explaining that whilst the negative is true, it’s missing explanatory information. Appalling personal hyegeine, BO described as vomit inducing, cold/dirty/smelly location for the meet and bad teeth. I have no issue posting the messages, however this would be embarrassing for the op. Plus I can’t verify any details from the punter or so, besides he said she said.

My reason for posting is that I believe all reviews should be an honest accounting and with this information that review possibly isn’t. I did find the review strange given my experience but that’s not my place to question further.

If a mod or forum helper sees this, please advise whether I should ignore or put the other side for people to see.

You’ve already put your side by your review. She’s trying to use you as a lever on this forum. Personally I would not get involved and block her number.

That’s a point, how did she message you? If it was by unsolicited text you should name and shame her.

Wow, she actually messaged you regarding a review,  Lol She should become a member and respond personally which would make it more real.

It was on WhatsApp, she's someone I'd see again so not going to block her. The thing is, imo if the messages are true I could understand the punter receiving the service he did. I suspect they may have some truth to them, as in my experience an sp doesn't give 100 to some punters and 0 to others. They're either good or bad. Which to me makes the review somewhat questionable, this site is a large part about finding good sp's so I would think, reviews should be an honest accounting.

Or would you say regardless of the punters premises and personal hygiene, she should go through with it 100%. I'm of the opinion we should at least turn up nice and clean.

I understand from the curiosity aspect people would want to know who it is, however until I get a firm answer I think it's best to leave the ambiguity.

This isn't the first time I have been messaged by an SP. It happened to me with one in Birmingham after I left her a neg.

https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=355831.0

However this is the first time it is regarding someone else's review. Since I got along with her very well I think she was comfortable messaging me.

There is the option to say she should join, and reply herself. It's an interesting discussion but I don't think a conclusion can be reached without the assistance of a mod or forum helper. I suspect the answer will be, don't bother posting the messages, however I would rather ask.

Excellent advice from a seasoned punter.

I concur, and either say “what’s ukpunting?” Or block and find another girl to visit.

Do not get involved.

Fair Play, Makes sense

I don't doubt SP's messaging you. I have a few SP's who I have got on well with and go back to every now and then and I do get them randomly messaging me at times asking if I am free to see them or If I have or know anyone that can supply some talcom powder lol

I would stay out of it. You’ve no idea what really went on. The punter gave his review and that’s all we need. If she’s got a load of pos and one or two reds we can all make our own minds up wether it’s relevant info or not.
Besides you will now get pressure to name who it is and there is justification for that. You’ve asked for advice.

I'm not married or in a relationship so I have no issue with unsolicited texts, as it seems you don't either. However, I can understand that could be alarming for some. It may be that they message us as they know the text won't cause a problem. I'm surprised the sp's you meet haven't discovered Boots.

Why get involved. What’s in it for you?

She could be playing you. Standard practice for SP to blame punter for bad hygiene as an excuse for reduced service. Totally understandable if true, but how do you prove it’s true or not, so why become the messenger. You weren’t in the room. Punters word v SP. Let her come on here and give her own respectful account.

She is probably slagging him off and posting warnings about him on their forums.

Which one is it?
I think I have worked it out but a few of your positives are followed by others with the opposite experience.  :unknown:

Oaktree i've always found you sensible and concise, so I actually wasn't questioning you. I assumed you were probably right, however wanted to get an answer from the top. Since a forum helper has now weighed in and said to drop it, that's the end of it as far as I'm concerned.

Just to clarify I don't think I've ever left a review, where I'm the only positive for that sp, however I do tend to have continually good experiences, even with sp's that are hit and miss with others.

Maybe one of the forum helpers should change the thread title to
“When is it acceptable to become a Whiteknight?”  :sarcastic:

Forum helpers index reviews, change thread titles, move threads and other low level stuff.

Mods drive scooters, make threats and make the decisive decisions about what can be posted or not.
Either send them a PM or report your post if you really think it is necessary to get their attention.

You aren’t fooling anyone. I think you already knew what the answer was.
You clearly haven’t posted on the review because you know you would get a lot of grief regarding whiteknighting.
Yet you have posted enough information in your OP to make it easy to work out which review and UKP member you are questioning. You have drawn attention to his review without any concrete evidence.
I can’t believe you could be manipulated by an SP to challenge him.

I agree, he knew what he was doing, a snide thing to do imo.
Probably hoping for a freebie or discount on his next booking.

Offline Cheshuk

I didn't give enough thought into how easy it would be to work out, I genuinely had no other intention besides asking what I should do. I was in a taxi in London on the way to a punt when I got the texts and posted the question.

If you look at the Birmingham review I posted in this thread when I was messaged by her I asked a question there. Since it has been worked out, there's just more information for people to make up their own minds, white knight or not.

I've spent over a grand this week on punts, with another grands lined up by Friday, so I'm certainly not bothered about freebies and don't think like that, haters gonna hate. I use this forum a hell of a lot to make decisions, so excuse me for actually giving a shit about the integrity of a review when I had experienced a service myself then was sent questionable information on a review that doesn't stack up to me.

You both seem to forget that not all members have been on this forum for as long as you, so things that are obvious to you are not to me having been on less than 5 months.

For what it’s worth  I don’t think you are after freebies.
From your brief time on here I believe you are more likely to bring gifts, blow smoke up their ass, and encourage them to increase their rates.

Starting this thread shows you are rather naive and gullible.
Be careful, You may think you are getting everything you want from SPs but at some point you will get a lot more than you bargained for, and not in a good way.

Firstly what are you doing telling escorts you are a member on here?   :unknown:

As far as posting on behalf of an escort who doesn't agree with a review and taking her side when you have no evidence apart from her word to show the review is wrong is unbelievable.

Did you bother to read the rules you agreed to when you signed up, I'll remind you just in case.

1 Site ethos/mission
This Forum puts the interests of Punters first through the sharing of Reviews. The Forum does not endorse or promote any service provider or any other site. This site is totally independent. No favouritism, no special treatment, no vested interests and no pandering to service providers. Members are expected to post Reviews, although there is no formal quota (see rule 27). General chat relating to Punting is allowed on the appropriate Board.

2 Service Providers
This site allows service providers to be members, but zero tolerance for touting, flirting, attention-seeking and negative attitude toward punters. Service providers must respect the ethos of the site. This site is neither a chat platform between clients and service providers nor a support site for service providers. All service providers / non-punters must reveal their working identities - no 'anonymous WGs'.

What are you trying to achieve, a freebie off the escort for being her knight in shining armour.

I am trying to protect my own interests by educating you to punt responsibly and stop pandering to overpriced SPs.

You mentioned on another thread you could write a book full of negative reviews for £200+ SPs yet you favour to post reviews of young skinny inexperienced SPs that have no place other than the PTPT.
I would rather read your negatives if you continue to pay London prices for NW lasses.

You had your experience the reviewer had his, you posted as you found it, he posted how he found it, who are you to say he is wrong.

2. Information is sent to me that now the review makes more sense.
Because the escort tells you the review is wrong you immediately assume she's right and he's making it up, not once do you consider she might be in damage limitation mode.

3. I was now questioning the integrity of that review.
Not your place to start a thread questioning the integrity of someone else's review on behalf of an escort. If you think there's something wrong with a review then report it and let the mods deal with it.

4. Asked question if I should say something or not
Again not your place to speak on behalf of service providers.

You ever met a small business owner who gets a bad review and goes 'OK maybe it was me maybe I can learn from that'    Its always defensive and then on the attack.

These WG are the same.

10 good review one bad not really an issue. We can infer off day / punter was a dick / no connection or whatever.
