Negative as they bumped my appointment for someone else and happened in the last few days.
I'd booked the late afternoon before for a morning appointment the next day and they didn't ask for a confirmation text on the morning nor did they send a confirmation request early in the morning. When I'd parked up after a 25 minute drive, I noticed a text was sent 20 minutes before my appointment asking for confirmation. I replied 12 minutes later (once I'd parked) to their text and asked if it was alright for me to walk in. I got a reply affectively saying, we've given your appointment to someone else and asked me to come half an hour later. I managed to reply politely whilst informing them that I wouldn't be booking with them again.
The place doesn't have a shower anyway, low budget.
