Agreed by text with the street name/post code given. 30 minutes into an hours trip I received another text which I did not receive until I was almost in Norwich asking for confirmation that I wanted to book! I texted on arrival in Norwich and was told that I had no booking as I had not confirmed it. I asked if she would see me but Sarah said no because I was a time waster even though I was sitting in my car on her street!
There was an exchange of text messages and Sarah asked if I was angry with her. I said that I was more annoyed as I thought we had a confirmed booking, We had a time and date and she had provided me with a Post Code. I told her that was I expecting to be given her exact location upon arrival. Sarah was adamant that she could not see me as it was now close to her finishing time of 9pm.
15 minutes later I received a telephone call from a withheld number. It was Sarah, she was most apologetic and said that she should have texted me immediately after we had agreed a time and date but for some reason she had overlooked it. I said that I was not annoyed with her directly but frustrated that I had had a wasted trip and I was not going to see her.
At this point Sarah said I will make it up to you. I asked how and and she said if I booked another appointment she would not charge me any extras. I accepted her offer and kept in contact with over the next few days during which time I believe Sarah was not working. Sarah said she looked forward to our meeting as she told me she could be trusted and wished to maintain her almost perfect feedback.
I subsequently made an appointment to see her at a similar time which was agreed. Unfortunately an unforeseen family matter came up and at 12 hours notice I asked if we could re-arrange to which Sarah was most agreeable. The next day I was on the road where Sarah was located 35 minutes before our scheduled appointment and texted her accordingly. Sarah texted me back "Fine".
Then radio silence until 2 minutes after my appointment should have begun when I received a call from a withheld number it was Sarah asking where I was . I confirmed that I needed a house number to which her response was "seriously you have a post code" and hung up on me. I therefore left the area. 5 minutes later I get another text message asking if I was coming. 15 minutes later I get another text providing me with the address. Ironically I had been parked almost outside her address.
I know from speaking to Sarah that she has 3 mobile phones she uses for text messages and will not talk to you on them. She will only speak to you on the withheld number but she has to call you. Yes I very much would liked to have seen Sarah but for whatever reason it just did not happen. Perhaps she just needs the one phone and to organise herself that much better.
I have messaged Sarah asking what happened. Her explanation is that I am a time waster. Strange bearing in mind I have had 2 round trips of 90 miles and did not get to see the lady I was hoping to.
