It's always very telling what an SP does when given the reins.  You may well be able to take control and obtain more to your liking but not everyone wants that vibe of demanding/taking sex when they pay a supposed SP, particularly if you're trying to escape the sexual animosity, rationing or prohibition at home, sure some may want to act out revenge scenarios but that's not healthy (or legal).
