I did just clarify by text when placing the booking about price. Just in case it had been reduced for some reason 
Text back was £65 for the hour with HE.
I’m guessing if I had simply paid another £20 the RO would have been thrown in. But as I only had twenties (you all know what’s it’s like being rich. I usually only carry fifties) 
I felt flush so just gave her the ton.

Therein lies the problem sometimes.
