Stop your white knighting and look at things from a logical perspective, it's blatantly obvious what's going on, irrespective of where the 'reviews' are coming from.

It's something anecdotal that came out of discussions on one of the forums years ago, possibly UKE and was a rough approximation to the real feedback rate (not the review rate). Of course it varies depending on how vigilant the girl is in policing it, or whether there's a management appointed spamming team in place - as in this case. Fake feedback a.k.a. profile enhancement is all part of their service

None of us are saying he's wrong for writing a neg or that he shouldn't have written it.  Certainly none of us are saying we should all fancy this or any other SP.  Re-read the challenges that have been raised, it seems you haven't understood what's been said.
Most negs (at least on my home board) make sense, no reason to query anything.  Most punters who find an SP to be so unattractive leave.  Those who stay often recognise that things may've gone poorly for them because they weren't feeling it. I've certainly re-written more than one draft after I've reconsidered what's really driving my feelings about it, not just negs either.

Any review, regardless of rating, might be queried by anybody who is confused about any of the "facts" of it.  We often have Neutrals that get other people scratching their heads and they will comment or query.  Those who respond to reasonable queries with irrational behaviour that they double down on tend to raise red flags.

I did look this book this SP before I read the review. She is fairly local and has some services I'd like to try but it's difficult to justify the risk.
