Texted back to confirm 30 minutes and the time, and go a response saying Yes, booked

Arrived and texted 5 minutes before time, no response.  I called 5 minutes after time, no answer and left another 5 minutes later.  No text acknowledging she had missed the appointment.  I think an SP should acknowledge if they break an appointment even if it's a made-up excuse.
