Comms: Was getting a flight into Heathrow so got in touch. Asked if I could make it in 30 minutes, I explained an hour would be better and was told either in 30 mins or 2 hours were the slots. Picked up the hire car and asked again if there was anything now free, was told 1210 is free so I booked. Parked at the shopping centre for £2 and walked over, given the door to buzz but no answer. Then got a text saying there had been a mix up and could I come back in 25 minutes (which made my shcedule tight but I went for it). Reason enough for a negative.
