How do they get away with it?

Can only assume they rotate the profile through various women, or they bought it off an actual legit SP who has returned home.

Been lucky with AW profiles that I thought were B&S recently, was bound to get caught sooner or later

I just realised, this is a group I had been watching for years, via a dual advertisement on a Chinese-only listing.

I can also confirm that the price here is a rip-off as the exact same girls listed here for 30 minutes for £120 can be found at many different places for £60.

Ellie is well-reviewed and nearby. But IMO ruined her tits with implants, and wouldn't satisfy those looking specifically for orientals. In any case... 

Punters are glossing over important information which could have saved punters hundreds of thousands of ££££££, and also keep the scene from going to shit...

These "high-end" orientals are the exact same orientals to be found at random B&S places. So you could literally fuck these same ladies for £60 instead of £120, while also doing your part to not ruin the pricing ecosystem for fellow punters.
