Op - you can't do it yourself anywhere. (assume you mean your UKP profile name)

You have to message Head1and give a very good reason as to why you need a name change and its at his discretion. If you don't have PM facilities you could report your post which will bring it to the attention of a Mod (and include your reason in your report).

If its not a very good and compelling reason - frankly don't bother.
