Just spotted this on gumtree. Seems the old Thai Rub & Tug shop on Lytham Rd is back in business.

I drove past this afternoon. Shops open & nice LED Massage sign hanging up…. Do have a feeling, this place is linked to the dodgy one on Springfield Rd. Might be wrong…

pre-covid there was talk of using the Lytham Rd shop and flat as a massage training school. They have previously run and bankrupted a massage / acupuncture school in London.
Also there's still a big question mark over them from that youtube video which seems to be hinting at dodgy trafficking deals
