Yes always be prepared to walk.  I always include the services I want in a text message ahead of a meeting and then repeat them to the girl before handing over any money. If their English isn't too good, i use google translate to make sure she understands and agrees.

But always do a reasonable amount of research beforehand. AW feedback has to be taken with caution but hers includes guys thanking two different named ladies - different to Deborah. So maybe 3 different ladies have used that profile or she changes her name a lot! either is a warning sign. And of course always check on here for any feedback.
