Think they might be trying to bring in that new sex doll business that I recall from a few years ago.  Not sure which country but basically walk in and have your wicked time with a willing sex doll, then walk out. Perhaps they're advertising for that?

Looking doll-like is an aspiration in some Japanese sub-cultures so it's possible it's a deliberate "look". There is at least one model who has made her look that of a doll. Check out Lulu Hashimoto.

There's so much post-production and  filters on the image but the eyes look more liquid than those of sex dolls.

Google was no use trying to reverse search the image.
