Comms: done efficiently via text. Would appear you have to book a bit in advance so done a couple of days earlier. Agreed £150 for one hour. Meet happened several weeks ago.
Venue: ex-local authority flat on small estate off the Edgware Rd. Had to ring Olina to get through security gate - flat itself was fine, and the bathroom was good. Kate has moved since though.
