At the suggestion of the moderator in reply to the recent neutral review, here's my recent positive experience of this place.

I saw "Amy" who I've met before. Cute milf type. Very good massage and HR. She's shrewd though, asking for b2b for £40 before anything less, but this time the other masseuse was free and so I could get 4-hand HR for another £20. I thought what the hell, that's something I've always wanted. (Usually with a 4-handed massage one of them walks out leaving just one for HR) The other girl was average but the overall experience was great and something I might consider again.

There's plenty more he could say. Of the two particular points you mention why was it a good massage (and what type of massage was it) and £20 on top of what?

As I won't be visiting Sunderland I've no personal interest in any answers. I opened the door for the OP to provide details such as:

Logistics - Not covered at all.
Location - Not covered other than a link giving the address.
Looks - "Cute MILF" and "average". Age, height, body type and nationality?
Services - "Very good massage and HR". What type of massage (therapeutic or sensual; any intimate touching), how was the HR delivered, how long was booked and how much was paid?

It's up to them if they want to make their review more useful by filling in the blanks.

I honestly don't know what your issue is with this review, the only thing I can see that is missing is the price and time booked. Though as it's a well known place in this area most people know it's £45 per hour. If anyone from out of the area wants to know they only have to ask but I don't see the point of being critical of a review of a place you aren't going to visit.

Then we're agreed it's light on detail, which was my initial comment. We just disagree which details it's light on. In the last few months the price seems to have increased from £40/hour to £45 (not that we know the OP had an hour), perhaps most people don't know of the change.

Why are you so bothered about it, nobody else is   

This review is a continuation of a previous thread and another of quite a few other reviews, the place is very well known in this area.

BTW I think there's enough detail for this to qualify as a review.

Visiting area about 7/8 weeks ago.  It was a midweek afternoon.  This seemed the easiest place to drive to with not knowing the area.  Found one of the city centre car parks and phoned from there.  Was told I could go down straight away.  Eventually found the shop and paid the £45 for the massage and was lead down to a room and told to undress.

I had read a few reviews about this place so thought I knew what to expect but surprises always happen.  Girl came in and asked me to climb onto the table.  A towel was then placed over me from the waist down, which was unexpected.  Then proceeded a massage from a small chinese girl that was second to none.  Even gave me some advice about a couple of things I knew about but did not think anyone else would sus.

After about 45 minutes she asked if I wanted any extras.  In answer to my question of what was on offer and how much, she told me she would get her friend to come in and see me.  I think the friend was seeing to someone in the next room so this is how it must work in this shop.  Anyway friend comes in and upsells the naked hj for £50.  I know I shouldn't, but...........  As has happened before the body was on me for seconds and the hj was nothing special.  I was allowed to touch anywhere, which I took advantage of, but was not allowed inside.

Before anybody criticises it is a neutral because I have to remember how good the massage was and that was part of the whole experience. 

I probably will not get the chance to go anywhere in the n/east again but if I did I would give this place a swerve.

As it's a massage parlour it's safe to assume it's either £40 or £45 for the hour plus extras.

Thanks. £45 for an hour's massage, plus £20 for a four hand finish sounds too good to be true - hence my query - but if I give it a go I will certainly leave a detailed review.

There rates are usually £45/HR massage plus £40 for b2b and I would imagine it was another £20 for the other girl to join in so£105 all told. Correct me if I'm wrong. If it was a 30minute meet knock £15 or £20 off. I'm not sure of 30 minute rates

Sorry but I also found the review a bit confusing and maybe b2b offer was not accepted in which case  knock another £20 off
