These places will never offer sexual services over the phone.  For obvious reasons.  And they nearly always have signs up in the booths sternly denying such services.  But I think you can tell within about three seconds of entering if such services are on offer - eye contact, body language.  It's there if you look for it.  And they are pretty much always are on offer, if you have done your homework.
