A complete shambles on my first visit to La Maison

After braving the website then giving up and phoning, i got through to the receptionist at 12:30

Asked if Frankie was working, was told 1-9 and was available for a 1:30 booking

Set off on a 90 mile round trip to then be told she hadnt turned in when i arrived. Had a quick look at the ' files ' of others that were available but nothing took my eye

Girl - unprofessional
Management - need to be stronger to discourage no shows

Doubt ill risk a second visit when it is so hit and miss

On a positive note the receptionist was nice enough about it but it hardly makes it worthwhile

WG's are notoriously unreliable, i've had the same at various places and I guess it's part of the game though not a good part.

Did they give a reason for the no show as looking at the timing you placed the booking half an hour before she was due to start so they obviously weren't aware she wasn't going to turn in, though it would be good if the girl let them know as soon as she knew she wasn't going to work

No no reason given, just that the receptionist couldnt get hold of her

Perhaps worth trying again but going for a later booking next time to ensure she has showed
