Slow on comms, but otherwise fine. Called ahead of time (3 hours). Booked for later in the day as there was no availability.

Location:
Well known ALDI carpark in Hatfield, be careful as you need to pay for parking if you stay longer than an hour. First hour is free.

Punt:
No punt. Total and utter waste of time trying to book with her pimp or maid. These are likely the same handlers for April that I have punted previously. Clearly double books everything and operates on a carousel with punters. I arrived 15 minutes before the start. Sent a message to say there was no rush and to let me know when ready. Sent another message at the start time as I heard nothing back, at this point I knew this was going to be crap. 5 minutes later I am told to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass by, I send another message to ask if this is happening. Heard nothing back after 5 minutes and left.

An apology or explanation that they have screwed up would have been nice. Have a backup if you plan to go.

I think with this Russian crew booking ahead is futile. From what I can establish they operate on the basis that when a free slot comes available whoever is messaging / calling and is outside gets the booking.

My advice would be to book when you're nearby and take the next open slot.
