I agree the timeshortening is poor. Given that, the price and I'm a one-pop-a-punt client anyway, I would go for 30mins, as their service was positive and it would definitely be one off the bucketlist.

It may have to wait, though, as they've moved on from Reading - and won't happen at all if they maintain their new rates of £140/£200.
