When I text a WG , I always use their name, and I cant stand it when you just get a generic reply - but the worst IMO is "Hi Hun"  thats worse than babe, (bebe for Angelina fans), sexy and all the other bollox - dont know why - just is.

I would have thought that for those that are married ect, that a generic greeting would be better if found by prying eyes as at least there is nothing to identify that it was meant for you. you could maybe claim it was a wrong number or something.

I start to have grave reservations about the service I will receive, and yes I may even cancel and go elsewhere.
