It’s a bad run of form Charlie, there’s no mistake, but I am confident with our support, encouragement and reassurance it can be turned around. Every bad run of form has to come to an end at some point. It’s a question though as to which will win out in the end - the run of bad form or the bank balance. It reminds me of the quote from Death of a Salesman - when Willy Logan says that when he buys a new washing machine on credit, he feels like he is always in a race with the scrapyard. Which will win first.

I really do hope that MansfieldMan turns this around as it is a such a shit feeling when you have had a bad punt and you feel like you have just chucked £70 away. It’s a bad and depressing feeling. When I’ve had a bad work day, I always make sure that the next thing I tackle is something which will give me a sense of achievement and worthiness. The last thing I need is another failure to put a dent in me. You need that lift. You can apply this to punting.

And again thanks for your support and kind words. It’s all my own doing and I admit that, taking risks however is what it’s all about. I suppose I’d rather it that way than spend £250 on a two hour booking and that be shit.
