I saw the above advert on Gumtree and it is in the right part of Cardiff for me so I rang the number. Good comms by text and Phone even when i was late and convenient parking close to the flat. the only downside is that the flat is difficult to find and the streets around it are a rabbit warren of dead ends designed to stop rat runs. needless to say i arrived late!
